Nomos Verlag published the new comprehensive course book "Landesrecht Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" (M-V State Law), which presents the most important parts of constitutional and administrative law in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern that are relevant to legal training, in a clear and systematic manner.

Constitutional law, law of administrative organisation, municipal law, police law and building law are the main areas covered, including jurisdiction and literature.

The book was edited by Prof. Dr Jörn Lüdemann (University of Rostock) and Prof. Dr. Claus Dieter Classen. (University of Greifswald). Prof. Dr. Claus Dieter Classen [de], holds the Chair of Public Law: European and Public International Law, is a judge at the Oberverwaltungsgericht Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (State Higher Administrative Court) and a member of the Landesverfassungsgericht Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (State Constitutional Court).
